New surface datasets are available with CTSM5.2

The CTSM5.2 series marks a major update in the raw data being used and methods for creating surface datasets used in CLM/CTSM.

Hillslope Hydrology code merged to main CTSM development branch

This tag brings in exciting new capabilities to look at subgrid effects of aspect, elevation and hydrologic connectivity CLM/CTSM (this was also our 1000th tag!).
